Filler food post
Jun. 17th, 2019 05:33 amSomething to try if you like pizza: after taking it out of the oven, add some cucumber (I usually slice mine into tiny squares), riced cauliflower and broccoli, and/or coleslaw.
(I've never tried putting any of this on before sticking the pizza in the oven, but I imagine the results would be most unpleasant.)

I admit putting fresh vegetables on a pizza perplexes me a bit, but it's a general thing I have (you can have vegetable topped pizza here, but usually vegetables -- the one with large, green leaves, or certain kinds of brassica and chicory-- are broiled or put on the pizza before going in the oven)
But I'm a northener and anyone from south Italy will chastize me endessly for my choices in pizza ;)
